(More customer reviews)At $40, pass on this pair, but at about half that cost, you'll be very pleased.The size of the board was no surprise to me, as I looked at its image compared to the image of the knife.The knife is just fine for bread, which is what it's sold for.If you're looking for a carving knife, make another selection.Need a paring knife?Not this one.Bread knife?Yep, this is it.I also use it for tomatoes and cake.The only knife I own that I run through the dishwasher.
