(More customer reviews)I bought this bar pan for my husband a couple of years ago, and it is the only pan we use for brownies now.It is the perfect size for a batch of Ghirardelli brownie mix, but since the squares are baked separately, they bake quicker than the recommended baking time (try 28-30 minutes).If you bake brownies in a typical square dish, they crumble and don't cut cleanly, but with this pan the brownies come out in tidy individual portions.Better yet, each brownie has chewy edges, which is the part my husband likes best.My pan has a gold-colored coating rather than the grey that is pictured above.
