(More customer reviews)Brotforms can be poorly made and no matter what you do the dough stick to the splinters or crevices.This, in contrast, is very well made and wonderfully finished so that properly dusted it does precisely what it is supposed to do -- create perfectly formed and visually appealing loaves.There are some cheapies out there but this is the real thing and we use them all the time so they take use well.When not being used, they are nice enough looking to leave on the counter.
