After digging around in the kitchen cabinets looking for a sharpener we found the RADA. It took about three or four strokes through the sharpener the knife was plenty sharp. My friend was blazing through the ingredients for cole slaw, to go with the steaks, when oooops, he had nearly shaved the skin to the bone between the fisrt and second knuckle of his index finger. After some quick first aid he finished the slaw and dinner went off with no problems. The finger healed ok just a little nerve damage.
