(More customer reviews)I rec'd the bread box on 9/17. It is beautiful but has a vertical crack in the side panel. I called the company on 9/18 about this. I was told that another one would be sent, probably that very day. As of 9/29, I still do not have the new bread box. After paying $52 incl shipping for this, I expect to receive a good quality product. When I get the new bread box in good condition, I will update this rating. On 10/5 I received the replacement bread box and it is beautiful. I would change the rating to 5 stars if I could but can't seem to change that part of this review.
