(More customer reviews)I purchased this machine to make gluten free, egg free bread. I've been able to make one edible loaf and a dozen 1.5 inch tall bricks. My tallest loaf was 2.5 inches. I used the gluten free baking classics for the bread machine cookbook, two brand new bottles of yeast, sachets of yeast, both regular and rapid rise with poor results. If this latest loaf using the Zo recipe that came with the machine, fails to produce a decent loaf, I'm returning the machine. I'll go back to making hand made bread; it was more successful!!I had a bread machine 8 years ago, but wore it out & never replaced it. Thus, I have a pretty good idea how this works. I am extremely disappointed in this bread machine's performance.
